I would like to write a brief note to thank you for arranging our trip to London. As you know, I scheduled this trip as a surprise for my wife, as I have never been to London I really had no idea where to stay or what type of activities were available.
The hotel you selected for us was wonderful. My wife was thrilled with the hotel and we were only 2 blocks from Buckingham Palace where the Queen was in residence. The real highlight of the trip however was the tour you set up for us to Hampton Palace. The tour guide was both entertaining and informative. Linda even had me take a picture of her standing next to the guide as the trip ended.
Having the trip arranged by someone familiar with the city, as you obviously were, made our trip so enjoyable. You obviously spent many hours arranging all of our excursions and reported to me every step of the way.
So thank you again for all of your help. We will use your services again for trips."
